30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include all tags and original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or result in a partial refund.
How to Start a Return or Request a Refund
To begin the return or refund process, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Clear photos, if applicable (especially for damaged or defective items)
Do not ship anything back until you receive return authorization from our team.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
- For change of mind, incorrect size, or preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color):
- We will confirm availability before authorizing the return.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping fees).
- You may use this store credit to place a new order.
If the requested item is out of stock, the credit may be used toward any other product.
Exchange Processing Time
After we receive your returned item, your new product will be shipped within 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Refund Eligibility & Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 1–2 business days after receipt
- Approval: Confirmation via email
- Refund Issuance: Within 5 business days
- Bank Processing: 2–7 business days depending on provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Partial Refunds or Return Denials
Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging/tags may not qualify for full refund. We may:
- Issue a partial refund of up to 50%
- Return the item without issuing a refund

Sale and Promotional Items
Sale and promotional items are eligible for return, exchange, or refund under the same terms as regular-priced items, provided they meet the standard conditions.
